I graduated from Dominican Academy with a Regents Diploma with Honors after briefly attending the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Music, Art and the Performing Arts as a dance major.

I earned a BA from Columbia University in 2010 with dual concentrations in Psychology and Anthropology, in addition to significant training and coursework in dance. At Columbia I was also distinguished as a Kluge Scholar.

I earned my MSW in 2017 from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. There, I specialized in clinical work with adults.

From 2017 to 2020 I completed the first portion of my three years of supervised clinical training in Brooklyn, Staten Island and Manhattan through the Thrive NYC Mental Health Service Corps, an initiative that provided me with evidence-based training in Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Positive Parenting, in partnership with NYC Health + Hospitals.

Through the NYC Mental Health Service Corps I was able to establish a counseling program at an outpatient pediatrics practice where I completed the supervised training for my LCSW license, eventually expanding the program to three clinicians in 2020 and 2021.
I have been in private practice in NYC since 2021, treating adults, teens and emerging adults. I have worked with clients

From 2022 to 2023 I completed the Certificate Program in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research (CPTR) through the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). This included the completion of the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training along with training in Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy.
From 2022 through 2024 I received additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy through the Medical University of South Carolina and Dr. Kathleen Chard, a creator of CPT. I am currently working towards CPT Provider Status.
Independently, I have served as a Behavioral Health Consultant to Sesame.
